Who operates this site

This website is operated by Smith Asset Group LLC, doing business as Fuquay Fencing Pros (“we” or “us”). Fuquay Fencing Pros is a referral and lead service for homeowners in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina and nearby communities.

We are not the fence contractor

We connect you with an independent licensed local fence contractor. We are not that contractor, and we do not install the fence ourselves. If you decide to hire the contractor, your agreement for the work is with the contractor. The contractor is responsible for its own estimates, scheduling, materials, and the quality of its work.

No guarantee of pricing, availability, or work

Requesting an estimate does not guarantee a price, a start date, or that a contractor is available for your project. We do not guarantee the contractor’s pricing, availability, or the quality of any work the contractor performs.

Acceptable use

You may use this site to learn about fence options in our service area and to request an estimate. Do not misuse the site — for example by submitting information you know is false, interfering with the site, or using it for anything unlawful.

Estimates

Estimate requests are free and do not require you to purchase anything. Please give accurate project details so we can tell whether a local contractor can help.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Smith Asset Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, or for the contractor’s acts, omissions, pricing, scheduling, or workmanship.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you submit a fence estimate request and give us a mobile number — on this website or on a Facebook or Instagram form we use for estimate requests — we may text you about that request. Messages are follow-up about your fence estimate, scheduling, and related project updates. They are not marketing blasts.
