What we collect

When you submit our estimate form we collect the name, phone number, email address, and property address you provide, along with your selected fence type and timeline. ZIP is not a separate field. If the address includes a ZIP code, we read that ZIP from the address so we know which part of the service area the property is in. We also collect standard analytics data such as pages visited and referring source.

How we use it

We use your information solely to contact you about your fence estimate and to connect you with the local fence contractor who will perform the work. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share your project details with the independent local fence contractor serving your area so they can prepare your estimate. We also use service providers — including analytics and automation tools — that process data on our behalf.

Advertising

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure performance. These services may set cookies. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your Meta and Google account settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by calling (919) 276-8406. If you no longer wish to be contacted, tell us and we will stop.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you submit an estimate request, we may text you at the number you provide about that request — follow-up on your fence estimate, scheduling, and related project updates. Reply STOP to opt out. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
